Read the Step-by-Step Guide Below:

Step 1

All you need are: packaging container cover with an awesome shape, cardboard, Versamark ink, embossing powders, and your lovely photo.
Let's get creative!

Step 2

Get the cover of your preloved packaging. As for me, I used this hexagonal-shaped cover of my old hand cream box.
If you are an avid follower, you might have seen me use this on some of my creations. This is my go-to whenever I need to add an awesome shape to my layout! I just love the accent that it gives my page!

You just need to look around you, and you'll be quite surprised by the shapes of the packaging that you can find.

Wait! Once Your Embossing Materials Are Ready, Then, You'll Need To Start Incorporating Them To Your Layout....Let Me Show You...

Step 3

Ink up your shape with Versamark and stamp into the cardboard paper.

Make sure that your paper is quite absorbent just like this cardboard. We do not want a paper that will either absorb or dissipate all the ink. We need it to be just right!

Step 4

Before the ink dries, sprinkle you embossing powder over it.
Use one color of the embossing powder on one side, and another one on the other side to create a lovely effect! As for me, I used gold and copper for my hexagon.

Use your heat gun to dry the wet areas as seen below.
See how beautiful it has come out?

Step 6

We can now create a honey comb effect by repeating the same procedure.
Isn't that lovely?

Step 7

Now, you can add your precious photo! See how the background enhanced the whole look?
You can even add a sentiment on it to make it more cohesive and tell the story behind your photo!
