Let's create some cute circle embellishment using a hole punch, ink stamps, paper, and washi tape!
First, what you're gonna need is to just punch out a series of circles on a piece of paper. You can also use a heart punch if you want or some other punch you have, it doesn't really matter.

Now that we have these circles, we're going to use the white side of them and line them up.
Using a washi tape, I'm going to cover them straight in half. The washi tape is used as a mask so if you don't have them, a regular tape that doesn't stick too much will be good. Use 3M Scotch tape if you have.
Now taking this paper we used earlier, I'm going to put it underneath the circles just so the ink doesn't go all over my black paper when we stamp on it.

All we need to do is to press the ink pad over the hole punch that we have done, repeatedly, so we get a lot of lovely bright ink on there.
Slowly, I'm going to pull them away from my washi tape.

Here, I've got a page that I'm gonna add these to, but be careful on touching them as they may still be wet from the ink stamp.
You can see just how fabulous they look on a page as an embellishment.
