You will receive curated and exciting scrapbook supplies every month plus a design guide booklet showing you samples of gorgeous scrapbook pages that you can create using your supplies!

Aside from your physical kit, you also have full access to all our online scrapbooking video classes to support your creative journey. You can enjoy and watch them anytime in your online member's account. Q: Does the kit have a theme every month?

Currently, our kits don't have a specific theme. Instead, we give you a broad range of supplies so you can create a baby layout, a vacation layout, or any type of layout you have in mind using the supplies from our kit!

🔸Shipping and Delivery

Q: When will my kit arrive?

You will receive your kit 7-10 days from your last rebill date, excluding weekends.

USPS' average shipping time is 7-10 business days but it can take up to 3 weeks depending on the season and USPS' availability.

Q: How often will the kits arrive?

‍You'll receive a new kit each month based on the date you originally signed up.

Q: Do you accept International orders?

‍Unfortunately, our subscription kits are only available in the USA at the moment. But don't worry, we'll be working hard to make our kits available to you and wherever possible as we move forward.

Q: I need to change my address. How can I do that?

If you're requesting a change of address after placing your kit order, please send us an email immediately so we can inform our logistics department before your order gets shipped out.

Definitely, and you'll also be billed with a discounted price if you choose to get an annual or bi-annual subscription!

Just let us know with a written request to: helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com two weeks prior to your next rebill date so we can make sure to adjust your payments before you get charged and assist you properly.

Q: Can I skip a month?

Yes, you can. Please send in a written request two weeks prior to your next rebill date to: helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com and we'll pause your subscription for you.

Q: My kits have damaged/missing supplies. What do I do?

Please let us know at helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com and send us a photo and we'll see what we can do for you.

Q: I canceled my membership. Is there a chance I join back again?

🔸Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Q: Do you accept returns and refunds?

If you aren't completely thrilled with the kit after receiving it and would like to request a return and refund, please inform us through email at: helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com

To proceed with the refund, please provide the following photos along with your request:
-Photo of the design guide booklet
-Photo of all the supplies received showing they are complete, intact, unused, and unopened.

The written request should be emailed to us ([email protected]) within 30 days of purchase. Once received, our customer service staff will assist you with the refund process via email.

Q: How can I cancel my membership?

To cancel your kit membership you will need to provide us with two weeks' notice prior to your next kit re-bill date. We require this so that we have time to be able to offer someone else your position in the program.

Please be advised that you must put your cancellation request in writing and email it to [email protected] will not be able to process any cancellation request that comes in on any other channel than to our email (helpdesk[at]scrapbookingcoach.com)

If you do not know your rebill date then please email us and we can provide this to you.

Once we have received your cancellation request in writing, our customer service staff will assist you with the cancellation process via email.

Note: We will cancel your membership to our kit program before your next upcoming rebill, provided you give us a minimum of two weeks' written notice.
